Starting from graduate level we offer a structured career path from Resourcer to Senior Consultant.
We don’t mind if you don’t have previous recruitment experience. We look for people with drive and ambition who want to be the best they can be. You will have fantastic customer service skills, great attention to detail and enjoy working to a structured process. You will also be IT savvy and able to quickly learn systems. Above all you’ll be a people person who loves to communicate but also a great listener and questioner.

What do you get in return?
We offer the opportunity to build a career with continuous training and a structured career path – based on your personal achievements.
You’ll be given a competitive basic salary – based on your level of skills and experience. Resourcers range from £18,000 – £24,000 basic + pension + uncapped commission. Recruiters start from £25,000 basic + pension + uncapped commission.
