Come feel the noise

Come on feel the noise – new TVR Griffith launched at Goodwood Revival

In a nod to some of the ‘slightly non-PC TVR launches’ back in the 1970’s, the new TVR Griffith was launched to a sound track of Slades –  Come on Feel the Noise.

Chairman Les Edgar introduced the new TVR which he hopes will be ‘Back to the spirit of driving’.

The new Griffith, designed by Gordon Murray Design (Mclaren F1) follows TVR’s DNA being powered by a Cosworth V8, but with a new ‘istream’ carbon composite chassis. Maybe the new Griffith looks quite ‘sober’ but it has racing ambitions, being front mid-engined with 400 bhp / tonne and ‘ground effect’ to help stick it to the road or track. Hopefully we will see a return to Le Mans.

TVR have a long journey ahead setting up their new production facility in South Wales and we wish them the best of luck.
