A well-known automotive manufacturer based in Berkshire is looking for a Forecast & Incentive Marketing Manager to join their large marketing and communications team. This is a high-profile opportunity that for the right person this role is a spring board to more senior roles within in the manufacturer.

Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the quarterly and midterm direction of National Marketing campaigns across their range of products. This role will involve both long term planning and reactive problem solving, so you must be flexible and able to manage expectations.

This role would suit someone who is currently working for another manufacturer in a field-based role (either in sales or aftersales) who is looking to develop their career. Or a field based regional marketing manager working either for a marketing agency or a manufacturer directly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the existing plans for effectively retailing all products, with timely, cost effective enhancements to consumer offers
  • React quickly to changing business requirements
  • Work closely with their captive finance house to develop and implement finance offers.
  • Confidently negotiate campaign launch with key high-level stakeholders
  • Manage the multimillion-pound budget to deliver campaigns
  • Deliver seasonal campaign offers
  • Work closely with the communications managers and external agencies
  • Chair a working group of dealer groups
  • Effectively run out models and plan successful launch strategies for new models

Experience/ Skills:

  • Ideally you will have experience in a field sales (or aftersales) role with a manufacturer
  • Confident working knowledge of industry finance packages
  • Proven record of working with and negotiating with dealers
  • Highly numerical and analytical with advanced Excel
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presenter
  • Effective influencing & interpersonal skills
