We are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager responsible for the development and implementation of the fleet strategy for an Automotive Captive Finance business. You will lead a small internal team and work closely with a larger field team with the remit of increasing fleet sales volumes with a strong emphasis on fleet funding and finance solutions. This role is office-based in the home counties.

This role would suit an ambitious individual with experience in a fleet operational role with either an automotive OEM, fleet/leasing or finance company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve company fleet volume and profit objectives
  • Manage in-house Fleet Support Team
  • Ensure strong working relationships within Brand Feet Teams
  • Joint management responsibility for Brand Fleet Sales Teams
  • Identify ways to increase fleet sales, retention and profit opportunities
  • Help grow fleet sales with financial services and products

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fleet operational experience with an automotive manufacturer, finance or fleet/leasing company
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong supplier management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good level of numeracy and excellent Excel skills
  • Able to work highly autonomously
