A field-based role with a global warranty provider covering a region from Manchester to Scotland. You will be an account manager for a dealer car manufacturer’s account.

You will manage their manufacturer’s dealers in your region and develop strong working relationships. You will promote the manufacturer’s retention products and services in order to improve their plan sales volumes of Guarantees, Service Plans and associated products and control dealer/territory claims rates.

This role would suit someone with demonstrable understanding of warranty and insurance products and the ability to influence and motivate dealer staff. You will need experience working for either a dealer or another warranty/insurance provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales volume on each product line.
  • Discuss promotional and sales development ideas within the dealerships
  • Ensure dealers are achieving required volume objectives
  • Ensure dealers are displaying promotional material and are aware of incentives and sales offers
  • Develop sales plans and projections with the manufacturer’s Area Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for an F&I supplier in a field-based role or in an F&I role for a dealer
  • Ability to influence and motivate dealer staff
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of setting and achieving objectives
  • Be able to manage your own time
  • Be living between Manchester and Scotland
