At this spooky time of year as thoughts turn to all things that go bump in the night, here at Copeland we wanted to share a few ideas for employers on how to avoid a recruitment horror show this October:
- Review applications promptly and decide witch candidates you want to see.
- Don’t let interview arrangements become a Nightmare: Be prepared to be flexible to see the best candidates, if necessary offer telephone or Skype interviews at the first stage.
- Providing feedback, not necessarily a decision, as soon as possible after interview.
