The times are a changing –  Royal Wedding Cars

As Bob Dylan once said ‘the times are a changing.’ The marriage of Harry and Meghan was a truly modern affair, with Gospel Choirs and a larger than life preacher. Just 7 years ago in 2011, the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate, left their wedding reception, at Buckingham Palace in Prince Charles’ 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Vantage Volante.  You couldn’t picture a more traditional British scene conjuring up images of James Bond embarking on his latest mission.

But as Harry and Meghan have shown, in a very short time the world has moved on; the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan, left for their reception at Frogmore House in Jaguar Land Rover’s new Classic E Type Zero. The E Type Zero combines the tradition and beauty of the old E Type but with new world performance and efficiency. Could the E Type Zero almost be a metaphor for the new Royals Harry and Meghan.
