Job Description
A market leading SaaS solutions business serving the automotive repair sector is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their UK customers. You’ll educate and assist customers to ensure smooth adoption of their products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Help customers define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
- Work with sales, development, and support teams to ensure that the product adoption experience meets customer expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and appropriately
- Maintain current working knowledge of the product
- Assist with best practices and tips
- Build strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base
- Collect customer feedback and act on it
About You:
- A good understanding of Software/SaaS
- Passionate about delivering first class customer service
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A highly organised approach and able to manage your time appropriately
- Ability to self-motivate and work remotely
- Training / L&D / Teaching would be very useful
