Next I start my screening and interviewing process to ensure I identify those who are the best fit for your job. Once this is completed I send you my selected candidate shortlist.

Selecting the right candidates is just the start. Next I manage interview arrangements, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and appropriately prepared for their interviews. During this stage I can advise employers on interview processes, interview techniques and how to provide a great candidate experience. Once you have found your perfect candidate I then help you secure them, offering advise on the job offer process to ensure a successful outcome.
