The ‘story’ of Copeland starts in 2009 when I launched the business in the depths of the credit crunch. Starting from a home office in Oxfordshire, with 6 years’ automotive industry recruitment experience under my belt  I wanted to build a business that had my personal values of quality service, honesty, integrity and excellent communication at its core.

From the inception of Copeland we have focused on providing a personal service to automotive businesses and employees across the UK prioritising meeting clients face to face to make sure we understand their needs and their business culture and then using an in depth search processes to seek out the best candidates. Thorough interviewing of candidates has always been key as has managing the candidate journey to ensure their needs are met. Regular communication with clients and candidates is fundamental to the way we work and has helped build the trust and reputation we are so proud of today.

11 years on our core values remain the same. We’ve embraced technology along the way and continually strive to improve our processes and service offering to match the needs of both our clients and candidates.
