Job Description

A fast growing, highly ambitious passenger car brand is seeking a Head of Fleet to manage a team responsible for growing fleet sales. You and your team will sell to both leasing companies and end user fleets and will also work with the dealer network to grow SME business. The position is hybrid requiring 1 day a week at head office (SE England) and will involve travel in the UK.

This role would suit a someone with a proven track record in a fleet/corporate sales role with a car manufacturer and at least 3 years direct people management experience. Experience selling to AM50 leasing companies is highly desirable as well as a strong understanding for sales/volume/margin/profit.  To succeed in this role you’ll need to have a highly sales/target driven approach and be happy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
