How did you first come to work with Copeland?
I was approached through LinkedIn by Copeland. They offered me an opportunity and it looked absolutely spot on and suited my skillset.
What career goals were you trying to achieve?
To get a job working in the events industry which is my background. The job that was given to me perfectly suited my skillset and I thought yes – an ideal opportunity. I had been looking for about 4 months so it was perfect, ideal timing really.
Most of the other jobs weren’t relevant. There were a couple of event agencies I went for but they wanted people who had worked in the agency environment, where as I had worked for a major automotive manufacturer and that’s where my skillset lay. This job now is much more suited to my skillset and to my background.
What have been the benefits of working with Copeland?
It was the support and the guidance from the team. Helping me to prepare the presentation and helping me to prepare for the actual interview, giving me interview techniques and lots of advice.

Really supportive, fantastic guidance and I probably wouldn’t have got this job without them. Working out of hours and the guidance was invaluable.
