I responded to a LinkedIn advert as the job looked interesting.
What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I was not actively looking but I was potentially open to something that would give me broader experience within a businesses. With 20 years’ experience in engineering I was interested in gaining exposure to different issues and the wider businesses in general.
