What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I was in a sales role in a dealership and felt like I had reached my limit. I wanted a Monday to Friday job where there were opportunities to progress my career.
How closely did the role fit your career goals?
100% – it’s exactly as you explained it to me and better.
What have been the benefits of working with Copeland?
A much more stable salary and a better lifestyle. I now have weekends off and can partly work from home. I am working in an organisation where growth is encouraged and I feel like I am on a career path.
